Ver interesting compostions Melanie, what a great building to inspire one - sorry Ive been missing posts here - thought Id added this blog to my reader, but mustve made a mistake - ah well, fixed now! Keep shooting! :)
ReplyDeleteWho would've known that an old building could have so many un-noticed sides. That's the art-sense of a photographer. ^^ The last pic, can't help but noticing, did you desaturate the background?
ReplyDeleteLavender - thanks for popping in here to cheer me on with my pics. I have a thing for buildings. I wanted to do them in blackand white but I am still learning how. My black and whites dont look as striking as other peoples.
ReplyDeleteChing Ya I desaturated them all because the sky was so blue that day and the leaves so green, it took everything away from the building.
